Pinsent Masons national head of commercial Simon Pigden has left the firm for the Birmingham office of HBJ Gately Wareing.
Pigden will take up the post of head of the national commercial department at the Birmingham office of the smaller firm, where his remit will involve outsourcing matters.
HBJ Gately Wareing senior partner Michael Ward said that "[Simon's] expertise in advising on large scale business process outsourcing and supply chain management will greatly enhance our ability to service our growing national and international commercial client base."
Pinsent Masons' head of outsourcing, technology and commercial told The Lawyer that he wishes "Simon every success with his future career."
Pigden will be replaced by partner Nicola Hart, who will be supported by partners Jayne Hussey and Jon Fell.
