Irwin Mitchell’s personal injury head John Pickering has been elected unopposed to the post of managing partner.

Pickering will replace incumbent Howard Culley, who is expected to relinquish his role at the end of April next year.
Irwin Mitchell senior partner Michael Napier said: “In a large business, and law is no exception, continuity of strong management and leadership is crucial. Pickering has headed up the personal injury division at Irwin Mitchell for the past 20 years.
