•Surrey-based Mundays Solicitors has appointed Julian Harvey, Kevin Smith, Sophie Carter and Nick Martyn as assistants. Harvey joins from Ashurst, Martyn from Preston Redman, Smith from Lloyd's of London and Carter from Reigate firm TWM.
•Bond Pearce has hired corporate finance associate Annelie Joyce from Ashfords.
•Addleshaw Goddard has recruited Robin White as a senior associate in its insurance and reinsurance group. White, who specialises in civil litigation, joins from Clyde & Co.
•US technology company W3i has promoted Hayden Creque to general counsel. Creque also advises the company on contract, human resource, IP and privacy law. W3i is the owner of freeze.com and ringtone.com.
•Trowers & Hamlins has boosted its private client team with the promotion of assistant Robert Brodrick to the partnership. Brodrick joined the firm in 2004.
•Niche commercial litigation firm Suttons Solicitors has promoted Kate Bowen to assistant level. Bowen, who specialises in commercial litigation and employment law, joined the firm three years ago.
•DLA Piper has hired Stacy Taylor as a partner in its San Diego office. Taylor joins the IP group from Foley & Lardner.
•KSB Law has appointed Christine Jenner as an employment partner. Jenner was previously head of employment at Winckworth Sherwood.
•Media entertainment firm Michael Simkins has hired Caroline Copeland as a partner in its commercial group. Copeland was previously at Islington firm Bolt Burdon.
•Hewitsons has beefed up its partnership with the promotion of Marc Carter in the property division. Carter joined the firm's Liverpool office from DLA Piper as an associate last year.
•DataPipe, a provider of managed hosting and security services, has appointed Michael Bross as general counsel and senior vice-president. Bross was previously managing partner at New Jersey-based firm Bross Cummings Pereira & Moore.
