Morgan Lewis & Bockius has appointed Mark Matthews as a partner in the firm's Washington tax and litigation practice. Matthews joins from the Internal Revenue Service, where he was deputy commissioner. He also has experience as global co-head of anti-money laundering at Deutsche Bank.
