Yorkshire firm McCormicks has added two new assistant solicitors to its team. Jonathan Simms in the firm’s corporate and commercial department and Estelle Oates in the commercial dispute resolution team both completed their training with McCormicks, qualifying as solicitors in September.
London-based Howard Kennedy has hired a new assistant to its company commercial department. David Langford qualified in 2002 with City firm Memery Crystal, where he spent two years as a company commercial lawyer specialising in corporate finance.
