Pensions lawyer to move Reed Smith ahead

Reed Smith has appointed Ashurst Morris Crisp pensions lawyer Michael Calvert to head up its pensions practice. Calvert has been at Ashursts since 2000, where he was a senior associate, before which he was a partner at Charles Russell. Commenting on the appointment, Reed Smith's managing partner in London Tim Foster said: "Our development of high-level corporate pensions expertise supports our ambition to be a leading player in the UK and international corporate markets."
