Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison has poached Shearman & Sterling’s structured finance chief for its New York office.
Robert Zochowski joins Paul Weiss as a partner in its finance group. His practice focuses on complex structured finance and securitisation transactions, with a particular focus on assets such as films, patent royalties, and energy. He was a partner at Shearman for more than seven years.
