Paul Webb
Paul Webb has wide experience in representing corporate and individual clients in relation to commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and equity fund raising. He acts for clients from a wide range of business sectors, but with a focus on the technology and cleantech sectors.

Webb has advised a large number of overseas companies on their European investment strategies, whether through acquisition, joint venture or greenfield set-up. He also advises investment funds, companies and management teams in relation to funding and other corporate transactions.
He is co-author of Investors’ Guide to the UK (2nd edition 2005) published by Kogan Page.
