Paul Herring
Paul Herring joined Ince & Co in 1979 and has been a partner since 1987. He became head of the firm’s shipping group in 2008, having previously been in charge of its dry shipping practice.

He specialises in charterparties, cargo recovery and defence, ship finance and sale and purchase.
