Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe has lost well-known San Francisco litigator Jeffrey Wohl to Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker. Wohl headed Orricks San Francisco employment law group and also served for 10 years as the firms general counsel. Wohl will continue his representation of major national and regional companies in employment litigation and counselling at Paul Hastings San Francisco office. His practice includes individual and class action discrimination, wrongful discharge and privacy cases. Paul Hastings employment chair Nancy Abell said the firm had long admired Wohl. "He knows how to strategise and win a broad array of complex employment cases," she commented. Orrick employment head Michael Delikat said: "[Wohl] has been a good friend and partner. We wish him the very best in his new position. He is joining a fine team at Paul Hastings, with whom we at Orrick will continue to have a close relationship."
