Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker has appointed former Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy of counsel Kathryn Brown as a partner in its London office.

Brown is a private equity specialist who regularly advises investment banks and private equity houses on leveraged buyouts and cross-border transactions throughout Europe.

Paul Hastings corporate department chair Robert Miller said Brown’s hire would enhance the firm’s private equity practice capabilities in London.
