Phillip Wood and David Sterrett are to become partners with London firm Maxwell Batley on the 31 March. Wood, now the firm's specialist in employment law will become head of the cross-departmental employment unit. He joined Maxwell Batley in 1991. Sterrett, who joined the firm last year has been moved to extend the firm's private client services. He is currently a specialist in matrimonial law.
Tony Kilbride has moved from Beaumont & Son where he was a partner for 17 years, to the aviation group at Cameron McKenna. His experience in aviation claims serves to improve the group's ability to handle global claims.
Louis Cammarosano, formerly a securities partner at Weil Gotshal & Manges in the US, recently joined the securities team at Coudert Brothers' London office.
Victor Siber, formerly a partner with Fish & Richardson has moved to Rogers & Wells' New York intellectual property team. Until 1997 Siber was assistant general counsel at IBM, and headed the intellectual property department.
