I have been working as an in-house paralegal, but have just been offered a potential training contract. Should I move?
After completing my LPC I went to work in-house at an insurance company. I really enjoy the work, but I have recently been offered a paralegal role at a law firm. They have told me that this could convert into a training contract, but I will have to take a pay cut.
Another problem is that at my current company I do commercial work, whereas if I move I will probably be focusing on personal injury - something that I am not sure I want to work in.
