Pannone names new managing partner

Head of clinical negligence at Pannone Emma Holt has been appointed as the firm’s new managing partner following an uncontested election.
Holt, who has been a partner at the Manchester firm since 1998, will take over from incumbent Steven Grant on 1 January 2011.
Grant, who assumed the managing partner role in January 2008 from Joy Kingsley, decided not to stand for re-election, but will continue in a senior role at the firm. Kingsley’s senior partner post, which was created in 2008 when she stepped down as firm chief, will be up for election at the end of this year.
