Pannone has performed best of the North West firms that have released figures, with profit per equity partner (PEP) expected to rise by 15 per cent to £300,000.
Revenue growth has rocketed by 18.7 per cent, with the firm breaking through the £50m barrier for the first time.
Managing partner Steven Grant said the small insolvency and regulatory teams saw the largest rates of growth, posting 33 and 32 per cent respectively.
However, personal injury was the largest department by turnover with £12.8m, a 19 per cent hike.
North West competitor Cobbetts’ turnover nudged forward by less than 2 per cent to £59m. Managing partner Michael Shaw said he expected profitability to be more impressive, with PEP up by 12-15 per cent.
Weightmans posted a healthy growth in turnover of 14 per cent, taking the Liverpool-based firm to a £50m turnover.
