Pannone has won a pitch to advise services giant Atos Origin on its employee health-screening service, which offers 24-hour legal advice to employees.
Pannone has bagged the contract to work with Atos to deliver legal services to the employees of several large organisations, including the Royal Mail Group and Atos Origin itself.
The contract will initially be for a period of two years and the firm will work alongside the Atos Origin medical services division on its employee service programme.
A team of lawyers at Pannone will provide legal advice on issues including clinical negligence, personal injury and general accidents to individual employees.
Pannone managing partner Joy Kingsley told The Lawyer: "We have had work come in to every department, from corporate to commercial litigation, with the most work coming into the personal injury, family and employment departments."
