Ian Tranter trained at Pannone and had two periods there as partner, spending 11 years as a partner at Brabners Chaffe Street in-between the stints.

Kingsley commented: “The fact that this will be our third period in partnership together speaks volumes about Ian’s abilities as a leader in employment matters and in developing clients and it is clear that I have the greatest respect for him.

“I feel that he brings with him an exceptional combination of flair, skill and experience and will be a fantastic asset to JMW by helping our employment team to grow and develop further.”

Tranter advises on a broad range of employment matters but his specialisms include corporate restructuring, Tupe, reorganisations, executive terminations, disciplinary and dismissal issues, discrimination, data protection and insolvency implications. His clients include Umbro, Amaze, North West Employers’ Association, Wilman Universal and Grant Management UK.

Kingsley resigned from Pannone, where she was managing partner and then senior partner, in the summer of 2010 (25 May 2010). She joined JMW in September 2010.
