Palace book ban

The publishers of recently closed newspaper Today, News (UK) and its former editor Richard Stott are set to go to court on 8 December over the publication of material from a book written by former royal housekeeper Joyce Ann Berry (known as Wendy Berry). The book was published in the US and is said to contain confidential information gained while she worked for the Prince and Princess of Wales. Injunctions were taken out in the UK banning publication of the alleged disclosures, but it is claimed that by publishing passages from the book Today breached the ban.
