This year, The Lawyer’s annual ranking of the largest UK law firms by turnover is available as an interactive, digital benchmarking tool. For the first time this will allow you to manipulate each data set against the metrics of your choice.
There is, apparently, a queue 100-yards long in the corridors of DLA, stretching all the way back from the insolvency department. The reason for its new-found popularity is that it is home to secretary Emma Adams, the young lady who apparently got a carpeting recently for gracing the pages of lads’ mag Loaded and bringing the firm (and her department, which is well known for its purity of soul) into disrepute.
Adams is, of course, now a favourite with DLA ladeez for her helpful advice. Here, for the few who missed it, is a selection: “The Rabbit’s for me. It takes about 22 seconds from beginning to end and you don’t get a sore wrist! I only use the ears of my Rabbit though. The main body of it is a bit inflexible.” Sounds a bit like her firm.
