Osborne reinforces restructuring team

Osborne Clarke has bolstered its City restructuring and insolvency practice with Kennedys senior associate Andrew Mace joining the team as a partner.
The practice, headed by David Wright, now boasts five partners. Wright said: “Andrew will bring much-needed additional capacity at a senior level in the team, allowing us to expand the service we offer.”
In the past year Osborne Clarke has been appointed to the restructuring panel for Barclays and has acted on restructurings at Bluestone Leisure, Coffee Republic and Alitalia among others.
