Bristol-based Osborne Clarke has hired CMS Cameron McKenna senior associate Kalpesh Tanna as a corporate partner. Tanna, who specialises in corporate finance and M&A, left Camerons at the end of last November and began work at Osborne's London office this month. He said: "Osborne Clarke is fast coming up on [Camerons'] heels, and it's an exciting place to be." Tanna was on Camerons' career track scheme and was due to be made up to partner in May. He joined Camerons at the start of 2005 from Lovells. Tanna will be reunited at Osborne with financial services head Paul Anning, who joined from Lovells in the same year.
