Taylor to quit the firm; Rizor takes the helm

Osborne Clarke has elected a new German managing partner as former chief Adrian Taylor resigns from the partnership.

Stefan Rizor, a corporate lawyer based in Cologne, was elected unopposed last week to lead the firm’s German practice.

Rizor joined Osborne Clarke last year along with a team of partners from Graf von Westphalen Fritze & Modest.

Taylor’s destination is as yet unknown and is the latest in a series of departures from the Bristol-London firm.

Taylor said: “I have agreed with Osborne Clarke that this is a good time for me to move on to new challenges.”

Rizor said: “[Adrian Taylor] helped to create a modern, client-facing firm with a strong self-governance culture.”
