Osborne Clarke is set to join US firm Dewey Ballantine at One London Wall, after securing 35,000 sq ft of space in the new building.
The Bristol-based firm will occupy the sixth and seventh floors at an initial rent of £42.50 per sq ft. Under the lease, Osborne Clarke has a rent-free period of 26 months on a 15-year lease.
At present, the firm occupies two sites along Old Bailey. The firm’s managing partner Simon Beswick said the deal ensures that Osborne Clarke’s property spend in London over the next five years will not exceed current levels.
Nabarro Nathanson advised the landlords, Hammerson and Kajima Europe on the lease.
Earlier this year, Dewey Ballantine took 31,500 sq ft at One London Wall. The building is now 40 per cent let.
