Osborne Clarke has revamped its management board following the promotion of two partners to department heads.
The new line-up comes as the firm promotes 18 lawyers to associate level.
Partner Paul Matthews will lead the firm’s employment and pensions practice group and replaces Julian Hemmings on the seven-strong management board. Michael Bell will replace Philip Moss on the board after becoming head of the firm’s tax practice group.
Hemmings and Moss had spent two consecutive three-year terms on the board. Osborne Clarke has made eight fee-earners and one member of support staff redundant across its corporate and property practices.
