Osborne Clarke has strengthened its employment practice group with the hire of two recruitment outsourcing specialists.
Partner Kevin Barrow and consultant Frances Lewis will head a new team, sitting within the employment group, to advise clients on recruitment process outsourcing (RPO).
Osborne Clarke is understood to be keen on adding to the team in an area in which the firm expects to see significant growth in the coming years.
Head of employment Paul Matthews said: “It builds on the recruitment and resourcing work we already do. [The hires are] market leaders in this area. They have some fantastic clients and contacts and bring an extra level for existing and new clients.”
Barrow and Lewis were recruitment partners at Blake Lapthorn, where Barrow led the group. Bridget Wood has taken over from Barrow as head of recruitment at the South East firm.
