    Market sentiment was more positive this year, according to a CREOpoint & KPMG study of the MIPIM online buzz.
    Our proprietary analysis shows that words such as "recovery", "improved" and "hope" have increased in use compared with a year ago, outnumbering negative expressions such as ‘crisis’, ‘problems’ and ‘recession’.
    And the words "yachts" and "party" have re-appeared, but the flutes were half full this year versus half empty last year and the “Gin and Panic” of two years ago.”
