Optima promotes five group heads

Volume firm Optima Legal has unveiled a series of promotions, installing various practice group heads as a means of creating accountability.
Rachel Hutton and Emma Dimbylow have been promoted to the partnership, with Hutton heading the dispute resolution team and Dimbylow being made head of compliance.
Partner Chris Taylor becomes head of repossession services, David Duckworth head of residential conveyancing and home information packs, while Kate Wright has been made client services partner.
Chief executive Adrian Lamb said that, although Philip Robinson would remain as lead litigation partner and Anthony Ruane as lead property partner, the promotions would add “more focus and accountability to the firm”.
Optima entered The Lawyer’s top 100 list for 2008-09 with a £30m turnover.
