IP expert David Dew has joined Morgan Cole in Oxford from London firm Charles Russell.

Dew qualified in 2008 and has managed a broad range of commercial files including large corporations and public sector institutions, although IP exploitation is his focus. Associate Isabel Hudson has been made up to partner at media and litigation firm Carter-Ruck. She specialises in defamation.
Morgan Lewis has hired power and gas partner Martin Stewart-Smith from Simmons & Simmons. He starts on 1 September.
