THE LEADING media firm Olswang has lost one of its partners to Cheltenham-based niche practice Wiggin and Co.
Caroline Kean ends a seven-year stint at Olswang when she joins Wiggins as head of media litigation this week.
Wiggin and Co, which also has operations in London and Los Angeles, has been expanding its media client base, especially with regard to cable and satellite work, over the past 10 years.
Head of media Tim Osborne said: "People like Caroline don't come along very often and her experience complements our team perfectly. It enables us to offer a comprehensive service to clients in the media sector."
Kean said: "This is the dream opportunity, as I will be developing the litigation and defamation practice with a truly international client base.
"Wiggin and Co has created a friendly working environment which also fosters extremely high professional standards."
Kean was based at Olswang's London office, but will work for her new firm at Cheltenham, where she lives.
