Olswang has made a major long-term investment in its telecoms practice with the hire of ex-Mayer Brown partner Rob Bratby.
"Talented people of Rob's calibre are very hard to come by and I'm delighted that he's joining the firm's telecoms group," practice head Colin Long said in an official statement that almost gives as much attention to Long as it does to Bratby.
"The highly respected 'Godfather of Telecoms', Colin Long" runs the statement, "has built his reputation on more than 25 years' experience in the sector.
