Olswang advises on sale of Channel 4 International

Olswang's corporate and specialist rights lawyers have advised 4 Ventures, the commercial arm of long-standing client Channel 4, on the sale of its international distribution business Channel 4 International (C4i) to Digital Rights Group.

Under the terms of the deal, the buyer will acquire a catalogue of more than 3,000 programmes, as well as its sales and acquisitions team.

Olswang was led by corporate partner Mark Bertram, with assistance from associates Roisin Thomas and Edward Heaton.
