Taylor Wessing increases partner headcount in Middle East

Taylor Wessing (Middle East) today announced the promotion of Ben Constance as a new partner in its Corporate group.

Constance’s promotion brings the total number of partners in the Dubai office to seven and follows the recent appointments of Neale Downes to lead the finance team and Tahir Ahmed in the corporate finance group.

Constance initially joined the firm as an associate in 2008 and has developed core expertise in capital raisings (both public offerings and private equity), equity capital markets, as well as mergers and acquisitions.

The appointment of Constance will bolster Taylor Wessing’s M&A, private equity, joint ventures, ECM and financial regulatory offering.
