Ogier partner lands Jersey fund role

Advocate and funds specialist Richard Thomas took the chair at the Jersey Funds Association AGM in July after Gary Clark stood down.

Thomas, a partner at offshore law firm Ogier, has extensive experience advising on investment funds, securitisation and banking and corporate matters.

He has been involved in the creation of Jersey's regime for protected and incorporated cell companies.
