South West firm Osborne Clarke has recruited financial services specialist Paul Anning from Lovells.
Anning joined the firm’s City office as partner where he will head up the financial services team. He started on 1 November.
Anning spent six years at Lovells as a partner. He specialises in securities regulation and financial services market infrastructure. He also advises on all aspects of the UK. financial services regulatory regime.
This is the second senior hire Osborne Clarke has made to City office this year. In May it took Norton Rose competition associate Simon Neill, who made partner at Osborne Clarke.
