Bristol-based Osborne Clarke has scooped projects partner Richard Temple from the London office of Washington DC-based Hogan & Hartson.
Temple has been a partner in Hogan & Hartson’s London energy, projects & infrastructure Group since 2005. Prior to that he was a partner in the energy, projects and construction group at CMS Cameron McKenna.
Co-head of natural resources at Osborne Clark, Jonathan Brooks, said: “With increasing pressures on energy and water supply and the carbon footprint, demand for experienced counsel in this area is increasing. Richard’s arrival will ensure we can more than meet client demand.”
Temple, who joins Osborne Clarke’s London office, has worked on projects including Thames Water’s UK defence PFI infrastructure project, Ch2MHill’s role in the 2012 Olympic Games and the Government of Oman’s restructuring of the country’s waste sector.
Osborne Clarke’s utilities clients include NPower, Wales & West Utilities, Thames Water and BG International.
