Norton Rose has beefed up its capital markets practice with the capture of former Clifford Chance partner Kate Alliott.
Alliott will join the City firm early next month, taking its London capital markets partner headcout to six. Alliott, who focuses on debt capital markets and structured finance, is the third new hire for Norton Rose’s London practice in recent months.
She joins new dispute resolution partner Donald Warnock, previously of Eversheds, and corporate finance partner Ian Lopez, who joined from Allen & Overy.
