Norton Rose reinforces capital markets

Norton Rose has beefed up its capital markets practice with the capture of former ­Clifford Chance partner Kate Alliott.

Alliott will join the City firm early next month, taking its ­London capital markets partner headcout to six. Alliott, who focuses on debt capital markets and structured finance, is the third new hire for Norton Rose’s London ­practice in recent months.

She joins new dispute resolution partner ­Donald Warnock, ­previously of Eversheds, and ­corporate finance ­partner Ian Lopez, who joined from Allen & Overy.
