Norton Rose beefs up in Frankfurt with White & Case hire

Norton Rose has recruited a White & Case partner for its arbitration practice in Frankfurt.
Patricia Nacimiento specialises in disputes in the areas of construction, energy, post-M&A and commercial.
“Patricia’s widely recognised as a leading disputes lawyer in Germany, which is a country with a strong industrial base and is a major user of arbitration,” said Deirdre Walker, group head of litigation and dispute resolution at Norton Rose, in a statement.
In 2007, the German government appointed Nacimiento to the panel of four arbitrators at the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes.
This is the fourth top-level hire into Norton Rose’s Frankfurt office in recent months. It follows the arrival of energy partners Antje Günther and Corrado Wohlwend, who joined the office with their teams from DLA Piper in May (25 February 2011).
Earlier this month, Norton Rose announced that Thilo Danz will join the office’s tax practice as of counsel in October 2011.
