•Former head of No5 Chambers Harry Wolton QC is set to return to the Birmingham-based set. Wolton, who headed No5 in the 1980s, leaves London-based set 2-3 Grays Inn Square after 13 years to return to his roots. The return of Wolton, who was the first-ever planning silk in Birmingham, continues No5'sexpansion of its planning group, which now has 191 barristers. Ralph Lewis QC, head of No5 Chambers, said: "No5 owes a lot of its current success to Harry Wolton's pioneering leadership and his return is a brilliant move for us."
