As the end of the month draws near, it is time to bring Tulkinghorn’s Movember odyssey to a close.
It is fair to say the results of a month of growth have been mixed.
Although some of the team initially struggled to raise anything more than a dark shadow, all managed to sprout a moustache worthy of the name by the end of the four weeks.
Team member Tom Phillips was initially forced to defend his face after being ridiculed for the lack of action on his top lip. He now sports a truly impressive ‘tache and will shed a tear for the loss of an old friend when the time comes to remove it.
Other team members will not be sad to see December arrive.
Ben Moshinsky has endured four weeks of abuse from family and friends, and now sits twitching in front of a razor and a small clock counting down to the hour when he can rid himself of the itchy strip beneath his nose.
For Kian Ganz, who wore a moustache before the challenge began, well… not much has changed.
