Kennedys is the place to be for comical signage. Fresh off the back of reports about the firm calling its canteen ‘The Writz’, new information has emerged about Kennedys’ killer glass sign in its main reception.
Tulkinghorn has it on good authority that moving the giant glass sign has proved more difficult than the firm envisaged.
A scribe of Tulkinghorn’s tells him that the builders accidentally dropped the sign as they were hanging it up in the reception, smashing it into smithereens.
As it happens, Kennedys senior partner Nick Thomas was walking past at the time. He reports that the builder who had dropped the sign just shrugged a “Wasn’t me guv” and wandered off.
