    Why do we have to use American Innuendo. "Downsize" why not substitute binned. Anybody who has been a lawyer ,knows that firms whip staff until they are on the point of exhaustion. Extract as fees until the pips squeak and then dump them when times get bad. This is not a dig at Nixon Peabody,as I have never of them. However if partners, in general ,stopped asset stripping by way of drawings; there may be enough in the pot to look after the poor sods who are now been thrown on the scrap heap
