Olswang is advising food expert Nigella Lawson and business partner William Miller on the creation of television production company Pabulum Productions and on a deal with Channel 4. Media and communications partner Lisbeth Savill led the Olswang team, assisted by partner Jane Moore and assistant Nigel McCorry. The deal with Channel 4 is for more series and a number of special projects produced through Pabulum Productions. The company also intends to develop new formats and establish itself as a production company. The contract ensures that the company preserves the ability to brand itself and guarantees a level of fees. The team had to work closely with Lawson's agents to ensure that the terms of the contract with Channel 4 were compatible with Lawson's other contracts. Channel 4 was advised in-house by Ailsa Bruce.
