Weightmans, Kennedys and Ward Hadaway are all believed to have won work from the NHS Litigation Authority in its long-awaited panel review.

Six other firms have been slashed in the shakeup. One such firm is Scrivenger Seabrook, which derives 90 per cent of its revenue from the panel work.
