NGJ raids Travers for commercial property

The real estate group at Nicholson Graham & Jones (NGJ) has made a rare swoop on Travers Smith Braithwaite with the hire of commercial property partner Neil Rainey. A partner at Travers since 1990, he specialises in major property development work, investment acquisitions and sales, property finance, landlord and tenant and owner/occupier work. He advised on the Bluewater shopping scheme in Kent and the Touchwood Centre in Solihull. Rainey is set to join NGJ on 16 February.
