  • And to think i have to pay these organisations a hefty chunk of my income for doing nothing. I don't know what "propositions" the Paris Bar has come with, but i'm guessing it'll be along the same lines of everything they do: securing the positions and those of the close knit community around the Bar (ca. 3000 lawyers) to the disadvantage of the majority of parisian lawyers (ca. 22000 lawyers)... hang on, so they're basically doing excavlty what they're accusing the CNB of doing.

the Paris Bar is nothing but nepotism at its finest; in french we have a fantastic word "nombrillisme" and i think the heads of the Baris Bar should be the dictionary definition thereof.

  • C'est un scoop formidable, but can anyone please outline what are the reform issues these regulators are arguing about? I'm guessing it's not about ABSs?
