French firm Lefèvre Pelletier & Associés has hired a team of lawyers from Winston & Strawn’s Paris office to kickstart a dedicated environment and sustainable development team.
Winston & Strawn partners Vincent Sol and Frédérique Chaillou both join Lefèvre Pelletier as partners, along with academic Béatrice Parance, counsel François Harrouët, senior associate Camille Jarry and two junior associates.
The team will help form the new department, which will comprise 15 lawyers including seven partners. Founding partner and real estate head Philippe Pelletier will lead the team alongsie Sol.
The environment team will focus on issues such as sustainable management, the conversion of brownfield sites to sustainable building, and other matters connected to the area of environment and property.
