  • I wonder how many of the ex-Hill Taylor partners remember that firm's foray into HK, waaaaaay back in 1997? A bruising experience if ever there was one. I'm surprised they've got the stomach to try it again, even after all these years.

  • To the commentator "Another new entrant in a city already saturated with shipping lawyers." on what basis ? In shipping disputes this is simply not the case. I for one wish them luck and see no reason why it should not succeed. Especially given the precedent they have set in Singapore.
