Clyde & Co has appointed Hong Kong-based aviation finance partner Paul Jebely to head the practice globally.
Jebely has taken over the global aviation finance head role from predecessor Philip Perrotta in London, who assumed the role in 2011 when previous chief Gavin Hill quit for Vedder Price (11 October 2011). Perrotta will remain a senior partner in the aviation finance practice in London.
Jebely first joined Clyde & Co in March 2011 as counsel from Ashurst’s Hong Kong office. He helped launch the firm’s aviation finance practice in Asia and has been head of aviation finance for Asia and Africa since then.
He was promoted to partner in May 2012 (1 May 2012). At the age of 32, he is one of the firm’s youngest equity partner and the youngest global practice head.
