  • Shows how trade mark attorney firms (and indeed patent attorney firms) are increasingly taking High Court and Court of Appeal proceedings forward.

    A lot of recent IP cases at the High Court and Court of Appeal have had successful representation by trade mark attorney firms. Looks like their undoubted expertise in this field, with recent amendments to representation before the courts, means the division between solicitors and trade mark/patent attorneys is being blurred.
