Fox Williams has added Pinsent Masons partner Helen Farr to its employment and partnerships team.
Farr joins Fox Williams after a decade as a partner at Pinsents.
She focuses particularly on the financial and professional services sectors.
Fox Williams has also added three associates recently to its employment, professional practices and corporate teams, including an employment lawyer from Pinsents and two associates from Allen & Overy.
Employment head Jane Mann said Farr’s expertise made her a “brilliant fit” for the firm and the hire would enable it to expand its contentious and non-contentious advice to financial and professional services clients.
Farr is Fox Williams’ first partner lateral for some time. More recently, the firm lost litigator Donna Goldsworthy to Cozen O’Connor’s London office (4 February 2013) and corporate finance partner James Channo to Locke Lord (1 November 2012).
